- 項(xiàng)目描述:2018年年會(huì)以“把樂帶回家”為主題,分廣州、深圳兩個(gè)場次合計(jì)1100名員工參加,協(xié)助策劃整體年會(huì)方案,和21個(gè)節(jié)目效果跟進(jìn)和流程確認(rèn),價(jià)值17萬元獎(jiǎng)品方案溝通,尋求篩選外部主持人,撰寫主持稿,現(xiàn)場制作物料的需求確認(rèn),視覺溝通設(shè)計(jì)和會(huì)場布建,年會(huì)現(xiàn)場舞臺(tái)控場和流程把控。過程中能與團(tuán)隊(duì)伙伴互提建議,針對(duì)方案和細(xì)節(jié)溝通研討,該年會(huì)首次開創(chuàng)了公司500人以上大型年會(huì)盛宴的規(guī)模,整體舞臺(tái)視覺效果、年會(huì)呈現(xiàn)方式較以往亮眼,后勤組織、流程把控、節(jié)目和抽獎(jiǎng)等環(huán)節(jié)銜接順暢。
