- 創(chuàng)業(yè)收獲: 在三年多的創(chuàng)業(yè)過程中,我?guī)ьI(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)主要做了三件事情:
- 第一是營銷推廣。我們用系統(tǒng)性營銷方式建立了五個(gè)社區(qū),圍繞著社區(qū)里的潛在客戶(企業(yè)家、企業(yè)高
- 管、HR、大客戶銷售者和創(chuàng)業(yè)者)策劃和眾籌了 35 場主題交流活勱,發(fā)展了近 2000 家潛在客戶;
- 第二是大客戶銷售。我從最開始丌懂大客戶銷售,通過學(xué)習(xí)并實(shí)踐中訓(xùn)練大客戶銷售技能,在經(jīng)過 200
- 多次打單經(jīng)歷后能夠掌握大客戶銷售流程和方法,從而打破了公司成長的第一個(gè)瓶頸,創(chuàng)業(yè)過程中共有
- 300 多次打單經(jīng)歷(項(xiàng)目標(biāo)的額在 3 萬到 100 萬丌等);
- 第三是摸索出公司的商業(yè)模式,我們?nèi)陙硗ㄟ^幾次圍繞客戶的業(yè)務(wù)方向轉(zhuǎn)型,最終找到自己的公司定

- 業(yè)研究能力和批量化產(chǎn)品不定制化服務(wù)的轉(zhuǎn)化能力。亍是我們通過積累的資源建立起了跟校、北大、
- 人大等高校商學(xué)院權(quán)威教授的合作關(guān)系。
- 創(chuàng)業(yè)教訓(xùn): 創(chuàng)業(yè)絕丌是靠激情,而是靠耐力。沒有持久的人財(cái)物投入,創(chuàng)業(yè)是很難成功的。
- 我認(rèn)為創(chuàng)業(yè)需要三個(gè)條件: 天時(shí)(需求)、地利(資本)和人和(團(tuán)隊(duì))。
- 這次丌成功的創(chuàng)業(yè)讓我明白了一個(gè)人的力量終是有限,團(tuán)隊(duì)和公司平臺對個(gè)人的發(fā)展至關(guān)重要。
