1. Didn’t researchthepany. Didn’t know the CEO’s name, the size of thepany, their business, the market cap, the tickersymbol (for publicpanies), etc.
沒(méi)有了解過(guò)公司。不知道首席執(zhí)行官的名字,公司的規(guī)模,他們的業(yè)務(wù),市值,股票代碼(上市公司)等等。
2. Didn’t sell themselves, or forgot tomunicate: “This is what I can do for you, because this is what I have done in school, and for others,” etc.
沒(méi)有推銷(xiāo)自己,或忘了溝通?!斑@些就是我能為你們做的,因?yàn)檫@些是我以前在學(xué)校里做過(guò)的事,還有為其他公司所做的?!钡鹊取?/p>
3. Were nervous, had poor body language, or didn’t look the interviewerin the eye. They obviously didn’t practice interviewing or selling themselves. They say things like, “What would you like to know about me?”
太過(guò)緊張,肢體語(yǔ)言讓人不舒服,或者沒(méi)有直視面試官。很顯然求職者沒(méi)有事先練習(xí)過(guò)如何面試或是自我推銷(xiāo)。他們會(huì)說(shuō)一些類(lèi)似于“你們希望了解我的哪些方面?”
4. Didn’t have a real understanding of the position(i.e. not doing their homework about the job) or even asking about the position’s responsibilities.
對(duì)所應(yīng)聘的職位沒(méi)有真正的了解(比如事先沒(méi)有了解過(guò)這份工作),或是沒(méi)有詢問(wèn)過(guò)這個(gè)職位的職責(zé)。
5. Were not enthusiasticor did not demonstratea level ofmitmentto work, the position, or the industry.
熱情不高或沒(méi)有表現(xiàn)出他們對(duì)于這份工作、這個(gè)職位或是這個(gè)行業(yè)的熱情。
