于軍（1956年－），中國基因組學科學家，華大基因研究中心（中國科學院北京基因組研究所）的主要創(chuàng)始人之一，曾任中國科學院北京基因組研究所副所長。擔任國家科技部重大科學計劃轉(zhuǎn)錄組研究首席科學家。

個人履歷

1956年，出生于遼寧蓋州鲅魚圈。1963年——1969年，就讀于遼寧省實驗學校。1969年——1974年，就讀于遼寧省實驗中學。1974年——1978年，在阿魯科爾沁旗上山下鄉(xiāng)。1978年——1983年，就讀于吉林大學，獲生物化學理學學士。1984年——1990年，就讀于美國紐約大學醫(yī)學系，獲生物醫(yī)學科學博士學位。1990年——1993年，任美國紐約大學泌尿系助理教授。1993年——2000年，任美國華盛頓大學（西雅圖）醫(yī)學系基因組學中心高級研究員（Senior Fellow, non-tenure faculty position）。2000年——2002年，任美國華盛頓大學醫(yī)學系基因組學中心高級研究科學家。1998年，正式回國兼職工作，同楊煥明、汪建等人共同發(fā)起并創(chuàng)立了中國科學遺傳研究所人類基因組中心。1998年——2006年，任北京華大基因研究中心副主任2000年，正式回國工作，在美國華盛頓大學兼職。2003年——2012年，任中國科學院北京基因組研究所副所長?，F(xiàn)任中國科學院北京基因組研究所研究員。
