研究方向：生物藥物靶向遞送系統(tǒng)。研究內(nèi)容涉及靶向制劑、腫瘤、糖尿病等領(lǐng)域，在國際刊物上最早發(fā)表“連鎖空化效應(yīng)”（Chain Cavitation Effect）假說和“利用超聲空化效應(yīng)降低腫瘤耐藥性”等理論，并在以后的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究中證實(shí)；國內(nèi)較早將聲學(xué)響應(yīng)脂質(zhì)體和脂質(zhì)微泡的相應(yīng)原理、制備方法和應(yīng)用等整理成理論編入《生物技術(shù)藥物制劑-基礎(chǔ)與應(yīng)用》(主要編委，化學(xué)工業(yè)出版社，ISBN號(hào)碼:7-5025-5996-5，出版日期:2004-10-01)和《藥物新劑型與制劑新技術(shù)》(主要編委，化學(xué)工業(yè)出版社，ISBN號(hào)碼：978-7-5025-9423-7，出版日期:2007-1-1)等藥學(xué)著作中，主編制劑學(xué)方面專著1部和教材2部，副主編或參編制劑方面著作4部通過多年的理論和實(shí)踐研究，在利用新型脂質(zhì)微泡或脂質(zhì)體遞送藥物靶向治療送腫瘤、糖尿病和心腦血管重特大疾病等方面積累豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和較深入的理論認(rèn)識(shí)，尤其是在開發(fā)新型柔性脂質(zhì)體或超聲敏感脂質(zhì)微泡靶向遞送系統(tǒng)研究方面取得較多的成果，已發(fā)表中外研究論文60余篇，其中第一作者（含并列第一作者）的SCI論文20余篇，包括靶向制劑、腫瘤、糖尿病等領(lǐng)域的國際權(quán)威學(xué)術(shù)刊物J Nanopart Res(IF=3.25)、J Drug Target (IF=2.491)、Cancer Lett (IF=4.864)、Acta Diabetol(IF=3.175)、Ultrasound Med Biol(IF=2.493)、Diabetes Technol Ther (IF=2.146)等，其中單篇最高被引用超過30次，此外以第一作者在國內(nèi)藥學(xué)核心期刊《藥學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)》發(fā)表5篇（含一篇綜述）論文，中文論文單篇最高被引用超過50次。
