1966年3月生于河北省寧晉縣；

1986年畢業(yè)于河北師范大學數(shù)學系；

1992年畢業(yè)于華東師范大學數(shù)學系，獲理學碩士學位；

2000至2003年在西安交通大學攻讀博士學位并開始從事信息系統(tǒng)知識獲取方面的研究工作；

博士畢業(yè)後在香港中文大學進行博士後研究。

現(xiàn)任中國人工智能學會粗糙集與軟計算專業(yè)委員會委員，國際期刊主編，多個國內(nèi)、國際學術(shù)會議程序委員會委員。主要研究興趣：粗糙集、概念格、近似推理。近幾年在國際學術(shù)期刊《Information Sciences》、《International Journal of General Systems》、《International Journal of Intelligent Systems》、《International Journal of Approximate Reasoning》、《Computer & Mathematics with Applications 》、《Fuzzy Set and Systems》，國內(nèi)核心學術(shù)期刊如《計算機學報》、《模式識別與人工智能》等和國際重要學術(shù)會議發(fā)表學術(shù)論文40余篇，其中13篇被SCI收錄，20余篇被EI收錄。
