記得上一次兵長寫得那篇《1招搞定簡歷中的自我評價(jià)》嗎？ 這次換成，如何寫英語版的自我評價(jià)。

上次英語自我介紹中提到，正因?yàn)橹杏⒄Z思路不同，英語自我評價(jià)必須直達(dá)核心。

譬如：

“Results-oriented, high-energy and hands-on professional with a successful record of accomplishments in the blood banking, training, and communication transmission industries. Seeking for a position in phlebotomy, related to training, quality assurance, or customer services.”

本篇會教你如何寫好英語簡歷上的自我評價(jià)，共分成三個(gè)部分：

結(jié)構(gòu)：結(jié)論在前，細(xì)節(jié)在后

用詞：擅用動詞、去除冗字

句型：”賓語 + 補(bǔ)語”為王道

符合英語邏輯的架構(gòu)

小兵們永遠(yuǎn)要記得英文邏輯是：

先結(jié)論、再說明。

兵長舉個(gè)例子解析一下：

Energetic and motivating leader with a proven ability to effectively manage both staff and long and short-term projects.A self-starter and strong independent worker who excels at analyzing products and procedures in order to generate new ideas that improve efficiency and production quality.

先結(jié)論（黑體部分）：

以形容詞 + 名詞總結(jié)你是哪種人，也就是這里的“Energetic and motivating leader”。

回想你的職業(yè)生涯，哪些特質(zhì)特別受老板或同事贊賞，哪些特質(zhì)特別凸顯你的工作能力，你可能是：

Insightful and qualified accountant – 洞察力十足的合格會計(jì)師

Amiable and fastidious customer service representative – 和藹又細(xì)心的客服人員

Motivated and adept market analyst – 積極且專業(yè)的市場分析師

再說明（紅字部分）：

描述你真實(shí)的經(jīng)歷來補(bǔ)充或證實(shí)你的結(jié)論。

這部分自由度比較高，但強(qiáng)力推薦使用主動句、數(shù)字效果更好。

譬如：

會計(jì)師 – with 5 years of experience in KPMG, offering auditing service to major global firms, such as Google

客服人員 – who received the best service award based on 25,000 customer surveys in 2018

市場分析師 – leveraging 3-year experience in the commodity market, helping 80% of clients achieve investment goals and another 1 0% secure over USD$ 5 million in value

很重要，所以再說一遍：先結(jié)論、再說明。

文字如水，能載舟亦能覆舟

假想你是面試官，看到這段自我評價(jià)的感受是...

I have a lot of experience and focus on my customers, so my sales last year was 1 million RMB. I have superb leadership and know how to organize my team. I also give retail stores guidance, so they can follow and become more productive.

這段該有的數(shù)字、經(jīng)驗(yàn)、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力、組織力等都有，但讀起來就是普通、無聊、像中學(xué)英文作文，面試官第一印象就是：這個(gè)人再不然沒有真材實(shí)料，或是英語不好。

小兵們有沒有發(fā)現(xiàn)前一段講架構(gòu)時(shí)，用的都是一下這些字眼兒：

Manage / excel at / generate / improve / offer / receive / leverage / achieve...

歸納一下，就是主動、正向、積極的字詞，搭配上實(shí)際的數(shù)字、案例，才能給審查簡歷的HR很好的第一印象。

如果我把上面那段自我評價(jià)寫成：

Experienced, customer-focused sales professional looking to leverage superb leadership, organizational, and communications talents to guide retail stores to heightened levels of productivity.

是不是好多了呢？ 簡潔又有力。

靈魂的載具：句型

自我評價(jià)最重要的就是用最精簡的句子凸顯你的特點(diǎn)，因此句型特別重要。

兵長首推：

賓語 + 補(bǔ)語

其實(shí)，前段的例子完整來說是長這樣的...

?

[I am an] Experienced, customer-focused sales professional looking to leverage superb leadership, organizational, and communications talents to guide retail stores to heightened levels of productivity.

主語 – 被省略的“I am a...”，因?yàn)樗腥硕贾滥阍谡f你自己

賓語 – “Experienced, customer-focused sales professional” 才是聚焦重點(diǎn)

賓語補(bǔ)語 – “l(fā)ooking to leverage superb leadership, organizational, and communications talents to guide retail stores to heightened levels of productivity” 用來補(bǔ)充焦點(diǎn)賓語，進(jìn)一步凸顯你的優(yōu)勢

這種寫法的好處在于：強(qiáng)調(diào)賓語的重要性，省去不必要的主語干擾，用補(bǔ)語營造高強(qiáng)度的亮點(diǎn)。

這也是另一個(gè)原因，為什么這段自我評價(jià)“I have a lot of experience... so they can follow and become more productive”讀起還會很冗長，感受不出重點(diǎn)。

~Bonus Time~

兵長建議最后再加一句話，表達(dá)你的求職意愿。

譬如：

Results-oriented, high-energy and hands-on professional with a successful record of accomplishments in the blood banking, training, and communication transmission industries. Seeking for a position in phlebotomy, related to training, quality assurance, or customer services.

黑體部份的句型是動名詞詞組，省略了主語"I am..."，達(dá)到用動詞帶出你的意圖，聚焦積極進(jìn)取的形象。

小兵們試著把自己的職業(yè)目標(biāo)拆解開來，再用前面說的用詞和句型寫出來：

目前職位：HR Specialist

目標(biāo)產(chǎn)業(yè)：不限

目標(biāo)專業(yè)：Conduct new hire training, perform job evaluations and interviewing applicants

申請職位：HR manager

-> “Pursuing a manager position in human resources related to performing job evaluations, talent management, and employee training and development.”
