行業(yè)研究員 2018.8-2020.1
協(xié)助行研團隊撰寫深度私募行業(yè)研究報告，協(xié)助盡調團隊完成盡調報告，期間搭建部分行業(yè)研究框架并適時調整，為研究提供數(shù)據(jù)支持，搜集募投管退及行業(yè)原始數(shù)據(jù)，并結合餅柱圖、雷達圖、氣泡圖及典型案例進行多維度數(shù)據(jù)分析，完成了《GP生存發(fā)展報告》、S基金研究、國內(nèi)家辦及大學捐贈基金研究，以及國內(nèi)醫(yī)療行業(yè)GP研究等。

國際部美元基金業(yè)務咨詢顧問 2019.3-2020.1
負責部分美元基金業(yè)務，對接國內(nèi)GP機構，提供募資方面的咨詢服務，幫助修改募資材料，梳理機構的投資邏輯以及優(yōu)勢，截止2019年底已對接近十家國內(nèi)GP美元基金業(yè)務，深度完成3家咨詢業(yè)務；負責維護與部分LP、GP機構之間的合作關系，客戶穩(wěn)定率良好。
工作內(nèi)容3: 國際部媒體管理及編譯作者 2018.11-2019.3
在國際部從0到1的開拓了國外媒體渠道，追蹤國內(nèi)外深度分析文章，篩選合適中英文深度分析文章進行翻譯，并結合國內(nèi)私募行業(yè)情況進行補充編譯。 完成了二十多篇中英文編譯文章，且發(fā)布平臺已由領英拓展至Medium、Facebook及Twitter，目前僅領英就擁有11,700多關注者。

FOF Weekly (FW) is the first and the largest informative and customized servicing
platform for private market investment in China, which won the Media award of
"The Most Influential Industry Media Award", covering 5000+ GPs and 1000+ LPs
including Government Led Funds, FOFs, Family Offices, and Listed Companies etc.
-I was a consultant at FW, contributing to the writing of the research reports.
I set up and adjusted the part of research framework, collected the original data of private
equity investment, management and retirement, provided another supporting data
and analyzed them in different dimensions combined with pie chart, radar chart,
bubble chart and typical cases. At FW, I had completed《GP Development Report》,
the researches of Secondary Funds, Family Offices, Endowments and domestic
medical GPs.
-I was in charge of the management and operation of the media in the
International Department. I have helped the company open up foreign media
channels, track
in-depth analysis articles at home and abroad, select appropriate
in-depth articles
and translate them combined with the situation of domestic private equity industry.
I
had completed over 20 translations and the platform has been expanded from
LinkedIn to Medium, Facebook and Twitter. LinkedIn has over 11,700 followers now.
-I was also responsible for supporting the businesses of dollar funds including
docking domestic GPs, providing consulting services in fundraising, helping revise the fundraising materials, sorting out the investment logic and discovering the
advantages of the institutions.
I had
participated in
nearly ten dollar fund businesses of
domestic GPs
and completed 3 consulting services in depth. Meanwhile,
I was
responsible for maintaining the cooperative relationships with some LP and GP
institutions. The customer stability rate was 90%.
Prior to that, I hold the Master of Applied Finance degree at the University of
Adelaide and the Bachelor of Communication Engineering degree at Dalian Jiaotong
University. I believe that my dual professional background in financial and science
and engineering universities is beneficial to the company's data collection as well as
analysis of the industry and other competitors.
I am careful and meticulous about everything; I work hard and always try my best to do a better job; I am polite, outgoing and good at communication. With more than
one year's work experience, I have developed a good work habit of having a plan and high execution. At the same time, I am willing and pleased to assist other colleagues to complete team tasks.
