CPI高企，企業(yè)紛紛調(diào)薪。近日公布的薪酬調(diào)查報告顯示，2011年上海外資企業(yè)調(diào)薪幅度平均值為11.6%，有1/4的企業(yè)調(diào)薪幅度超過15%。

在這份薪酬調(diào)查報告中，制造型企業(yè)調(diào)薪幅度平均值為13.3%，非制造型企業(yè)為

10.6%，高于2010年2-3個百分點。此次調(diào)研活動共有180多家企業(yè)參加，從投資類型來看，歐美企業(yè)超過75%。從行業(yè)來看，制造型企業(yè)接近1/4，服務型企業(yè)超過1/3。
