2015年6月發(fā)布的《水污染防治行動(dòng)計(jì)劃》（國發(fā)[2015]17號）明確要求灤河在2017年底前完成生態(tài)安全評估工作。河北省環(huán)境科學(xué)研究院組成灤河生態(tài)安全調(diào)查與評估項(xiàng)目組。2016年10月至今，項(xiàng)目組以收集調(diào)查范圍內(nèi)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)安全相關(guān)資料為基礎(chǔ)，結(jié)合現(xiàn)狀水質(zhì)和水生態(tài)調(diào)查分析，分別開展江河生態(tài)環(huán)境壓力、江河生態(tài)系統(tǒng)健康、江河生態(tài)服務(wù)功能和江河生態(tài)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)4個(gè)專題的調(diào)查評估工作，診斷流域內(nèi)生態(tài)環(huán)境問題。采用PSFR模型確定生態(tài)安全指數(shù)（ESI指數(shù)），完成河北省灤河生態(tài)安全調(diào)查評估。

these compounds have been detected in surface waters and soil.

?they are used as surfactants in cleaning milk processing industry, they are prohibited in Australia as they are known endocrine disruptors.

?Nonylphenol ethoxylates are thought to interfere with hormones in animals and may therefore interfere with the development and reproductive system in animals.?

?the maximum residue level of nonylphenol is 0.01 mg/kg. Australia exports milk to China, In China, they do not allow nonylphenols existing in the milk products. for this reason, we have to ensure that there are no nonylphenols in our products and help keep reputation to Australia companies.

?This project includes development of methods to measure these compounds and their metabolic breakdown products.
