- 負責了此次教研活動,在調研開始之前,制定具體的調研方案,跟市場部門協(xié)調,根據(jù)消費者的特點制定具體調研方向,設置詳細的參數(shù)。調研過程中需要通過線上線下等不同的渠道了解客戶更多的需求,統(tǒng)計相關的數(shù)據(jù),對于客戶提出的建議要及時的整理匯總。
- 通過此次調研,了解了消費者對公司產品的滿意情況,并且了解產品存在的不足之處,為產品下一步的改進優(yōu)化指明了方向。
