- 針對(duì)目前招聘資源投入和精力分配不合理、每月員工離職人數(shù)遠(yuǎn)大于招聘人數(shù)問題,主動(dòng)做了批量性的員工在職及離職訪談,分析員工高離職率存在的原因,作出相關(guān)反饋,推動(dòng)員工薪酬績效方案的改革,協(xié)助做績效方案的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)采集分析,提供建議;
